Outlook:

Independence had a record setting season in 2015-16 and is looking to breakthrough with a state tournament appearance this year.  They are led by Belmont commit Grayson Murphy, who is the school’s all-time leader in points, assists and steals.  He is also the reigning District MVP.  The only question mark with the Eagles will be their frontcourt play and if that solidifies they will be a a very dangerous team to deal with.

Coach Glass says it will be a great season if:

“Are consistent from the 4 & 5 spots.”

Coach Glass says it will be a tough season if:

“We don’t stay healthy, hungry & humbled.”
